PLEASE NOTE: If your company or organization is a direct competitor to any of the event sponsors or mission does not align with goals of the 2025 Ag Summit & Expo, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and issue a full refund.

Exhibit booth set up needs to be complete between 8:00 - 11:30 am on February 12.

The Exhibit Hall will be open to attendees from 12:00 – 6:30 pm on February 12.

Add-on Opportunities

Harvest Tier: $5,000.00

  • Social Hour Sponsor: End the day as the host of the post-conference social reception! We can display logos on napkins, drink tickets, etc.

  • Keynote Sponsor (Dinner): company logo will be featured on all keynote emails, press releases, and social media posts before the event.

  • Video Production/Content Creation Sponsor: Provide high-quality videos and the capturing of many event moments as a video sponsor. Your logo will be prominently displayed at the end of all Ag Summit-produced video presentations throughout the event.

Grow Tier: $1,800.00

  • Opening Session Sponsor: Sponsor the main stage panels at the Ag Summit! Your company logo will be prominently displayed on the overhead video screens prior to the panel discussion.
  • PM Refreshment Break Sponsor: Host food and drink refreshments for all attendees between sessions. Your logo will be featured on all food and beverage display tables.
  • Name Badge Sponsor (lanyards): Highlight your company as a name badge sponsor! Your company logo will be prominently displayed on each attendee name badge. All attendees must wear their name badge at all times throughout the conference.
  • Coffee Lounge Sponsor: all day coffee service for attendees, highlighting the sponsor with branded cups, napkins and signage.

Plant Tier: $1,000.00

  • Hydration Station: Promote hydration by sponsoring water stations throughout the meeting spaces in high-traffic areas. Your company logos will be placed on all water bubblers.
  • Wi-Fi Sponsor: Help attendees stay connected throughout the conference. Your company name will be the Wi-Fi password and will be displayed on Wi-Fi conference signage and in the printed program.
